Screenings
When the river breaks its banks in a small market town, a night watchman and a schoolteacher are left to keep the lights on. Marsh made the film on the real flood sets of a studio backlot, and the water feels dangerously close. A late-night double-take on the British disaster picture.
Screened from a 35mm print struck in 2025 from the restored negative.
